Representation That Treats Your Channel Like a Business
Hit Network manages creators end to end. You keep making the work. We handle the structure, the growth plan, the deal flow, and the operations that decide whether a channel becomes a career.
What It Is
Creator management is ongoing representation. It is the difference between a creator who posts and a creator who runs a business. When Hit Network takes on a creator, we own the parts of the job that have nothing to do with being on camera: contract review, rate setting, calendar and release planning, brand relationships, financial structure, and the long-horizon decisions about which platforms and formats to push into next. The creator stays focused on the work that grew the audience in the first place.
The problem this solves is concentration. Most creators are a one-person company doing six jobs badly because there is no one else to do them. Inbound goes unanswered. Rates get left on the table. There is no plan beyond the next upload. Management replaces that with a team that has done it before. You get a manager who knows your numbers, a structure that protects your income, and a growth plan with a destination, not just a posting schedule. The deliverable is a career with a shape, not a feed that hopefully keeps performing.
How It Works
- Audit and roster fit. We review your catalog, audience, revenue mix, and inbound. Not every creator is a fit for the roster, and we say so. If it is a fit, the audit becomes the baseline we manage against.
- Set the structure. We put the business scaffolding in place: rate card, contract templates, release cadence, revenue tracking, and the reporting rhythm so you always know where you stand.
- Run the growth plan. We build a twelve-month plan with platform priorities, format bets, and income targets, then manage to it week over week instead of reacting to whatever lands in the inbox.
- Handle the day to day. Inbound triage, brand conversations, scheduling, and operational fire drills run through your manager and the Hit Network back office, not through you.
What You Get
- A dedicated manager who knows your audience, your numbers, and your goals
- A rate card and contract framework so you stop negotiating from scratch every time
- A twelve-month career and revenue plan, reviewed and adjusted on a set cadence
- Inbound and brand-relationship management so opportunities stop slipping through
- Operational support across scheduling, reporting, and financial structure
Managed By Operators Who Run a Network
Hit Network is a working creator network, not a management shop bolted onto a talent database. We manage a roster, ship shows every week, and close deals as a daily function of the business. The people managing you have current reps doing the same job for other creators right now.
That matters because creator management is a pattern-recognition job. Knowing when a rate is low, when a brand deal has a bad clause, when a platform bet is worth the risk: those calls come from doing it across a roster, not from a playbook. Our back office runs on MyOS, our own operating system, which is how we manage a roster without drowning in coordination overhead.
